Good News
God’s word shows us that no matter who you are or what you may have done, He loves you and desires a relationship with you.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Next the Bible tells us that:
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
– This sin separates us from a Holy and perfect God.
That sin deserves punishment:
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
But it doesn’t end there!
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
– Jesus, took our place and died for us, He bore our sins and paid a debt we could never pay on our own!
Why?!
Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
So that you could be saved!
